Creating Value

These days I found myself asking "Am I creating value?" while working. It is not that easy to create value. By the way, what is value? Without the answer to the question, I could not create value.

I had an meeting with a vice president today. Talking to him, I found something very helpful to answer the question. But I would repeat asking the same question during the internship.

"What is value to the business?"
